2-15 oz cans of black beans (rinse & drained)
2-11 oz cans of white shoepeg corn (drained)
1-10 oz can of Rotel Mild Diced tomatoes & Green Chilies
1-10 oz can of Rotel Mexican Lime & Cilantro
1 full bunch of green onions washed and sliced
1 Tbs of olive oil
1 fresh lemon squeezed (or 1 Tbs of lemon juice)
Lemon pepper to taste
**Optional, cilantro and avocados

Lori and Danielle, I am so excited that you guy's are doing this.... what a great idea!! I love the first recipe on here... the famous black bean dip. Now, I have it for my own.. Nate will be so glad!! Thanks for the recipes and for this site!! I will use it often.
